Refund Policy

All ticket purchases made through FansFirst are considered final and are not eligible for refunds except under the following circumstances: • The event has been officially cancelled. • The event has been rescheduled to a different date.

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued automatically to the purchaser. If an event is rescheduled and you prefer not to attend the new date, you must submit a refund request by emailing info@fansfirst.vip

In both situations, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded to the individual who originally purchased it. By completing a purchase through FansFirst, you acknowledge that service fees, shipping costs, and payment processing charges may not be refundable.

User Accounts and Acceptable Conduct

When you create an account on the FansFirst website, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your password or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Access
